Payment Policy:
 Acceptable Payment for Services are cash, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. 

1. Individual and Team Highlights:............................................................$300.00
   We will edit 10-14 games, add music, stats, picture, limited bio

2. Participation in Season: If you are participating in a promotion
   and receive a copy of every game; the individual highlight cost is:...........$240.00
3. Free Team Highlight: If you are participating in a promotion and
   your team meets the criteria, the cost for your team highlight is:...............$   0.00
4. Editing: Minimum cost for editing individual projects:.............................. $150.00
   Editing includes, audio, music, special effects, graphics, cover art,
   design, development, sound effects et al.
5. Weekly Editing: If you need us to create a highlight on a weekly
   basis, from your game footage; the initial fee will be $150,
   thereafter the weekly editing fee will be:......................................................$75.00
6. Uploading Footage: If you want us to upload and use your footage

7. Hosting: We will load up your highlight on our server for 1 year.

10. Duplication: DVD duplication cost is based on the quantity such as:

11. Booster Clubs/Parents that hire us for the entire seaon: must
    pay the cost of the season 10 days prior to the start of the season.
    Pricing is determined by location and number of participants.
12. Cancellation Policy: You Must Speak with either Terry or Dorian
    to cancel the shoot 24 hours prior to the shoot. Failure to do so will
    result in a cancellation fee:.........................................................................$165.00
13. Refund Policy: If for some reason the cancellation is due to an issue
    not the result of a failure to perform services and not related to a game cancellation, but is related to injury or for disaplinary of player and
    payment for services has previously been made to Terry Burdick for
    services, no refund shall be made to the customer and any and all
    balances remaining for services are still to be paid as agreed.
14. Failure to Notice us as to Change of Location or Time of Event:
    If for some reason the location is changed or the time of the game is
    earlier than scheduled and no one contacts Dorian or Terry
    the Failure to Notice fee is:........................................................................$165.00
15. Rain Out: If the game is called and our camera person has been
    waiting because of bad weather you will be charged $85 even if
    the game is going to be re-scheduled, you will be charge for another
    game and the fee is:..................................................$165.00
    Otherwise, the regular fee for that game will be assessed.
    
                               Infomercials, Commercials, Special Events
                                      (Concerts, Plays, Musicals, Events)
    
    Projects are billed based upon the needs of the project such as what is required to complete the project, time required, graphics, etc.  Upon the mutual agreement between Terry Burdick and the customer, the Customer shall be obligated to pay 1/2 of the entire amount due for the project.  After thirty days from the date of the first payment, whether the project is completed or not, the balance of the "job" shall be paid in full to Terry Burdick.
    
    Additional Costs: If during the course and scope of the "job" it is determined that addition time and/or costs of goods for completion of project is learned,  Terry Burdick shall contact Customer to discuss the solution to any additional cost issues and additional costs to be paid by Customer upon submission.
